Therapy for Lasting Change & Authentic Living

There are moments in life when the ways we have learned to cope, protect ourselves, and move through the world no longer seem to fit who we are becoming.

You may find yourself caught in patterns you understand intellectually but struggle to change—overthinking, shutting down, striving, pleasing, withdrawing, or feeling overwhelmed by emotions you don’t quite know what to do with. Perhaps you feel disconnected from yourself, uncertain about what you need, or tired of carrying things the way you always have.

I offer a place to slow down, look beneath the surface, and meet what is there with curiosity, compassion, and grace.

My work is relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 14 years of counseling and coaching experience, along with specialized training and experiential knowledge in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches. My clinical training has included extensive work with the IFS Institute and working alongside leaders in both IFS and EFT.

I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and internal patterns that shape how you move through the world—not simply to make difficult feelings go away, but to understand them in a way that can create greater freedom, clarity, and choice.

The goal is not simply to cope better.

It is to experience more freedom in how you live, relate, and respond.

The goal is not to become someone different.

It is to become more fully who you were meant to be.

IFS offers a powerful framework for understanding the different parts of our inner lives—the protective patterns, fears, beliefs, emotions, and longings that shape how we experience ourselves and relate to others. Through compassionate curiosity, these parts can be understood rather than judged, creating space for greater self-awareness, healing, and integration. My experience with the IFS Institute, including working alongside founder Richard Schwartz and other leaders in the field, has given me a broad perspective on the model and its clinical applications.

EFT has deeply shaped how I understand relationships and the patterns that develop between people. Rather than focusing only on conflict, EFT helps us explore the deeper emotions, attachment needs, and longings beneath cycles of disconnection. As a trained Hold Me Tight® / Created for Connection facilitator, I integrate this attachment-based approach to help couples understand their patterns and create greater security, connection, and intimacy.

A trauma and attachment lens offers a framework for understanding how our experiences can shape our sense of safety, connection, and relationship with ourselves and others. Rather than viewing difficult patterns simply as symptoms to eliminate, this perspective invites curiosity about how they developed and what they may be protecting. My certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), along with training in attachment-based and relational approaches, informs how I integrate this lens into my clinical work.

All parts of you are welcome here…exactly as you are.
